Dr. Cornelius Dyson

My name is Cornelius L. Dyson, D.D.S, I am the sole founder and the full time practitioner of My Children's Dentist Professional Corporation, an exciting new pediatric dental practice in your neighborhood. We specialize in providing evidence-based pediatric dentistry in a safe and compassionate environment for a wide variety of patient needs.

Summary of credentials are as follows: After receiving my Bachelors of Arts from New York University, I attended Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery. Following the attainment of my Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Columbia, I completed two years of a General Practice Residency in Dental Medicine at New York Hospital. At the completion of my residency programs, I pursued a fellowship at the State University of New York (S.U.N.Y.) at Stony Brook in Dental Care for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities -- where I served as an Assistant Clinical Instructor, as well provided direct dental care to the special care population. I obtained my two year specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. Further, during my tenure in the various training programs, I maintained employment as an associate in private practice in Port Jefferson and Coram, New York. I am currently a candidate to be a Diplomate for the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.

For three years, I have had the pleasure of practicing Pediatric Dentistry with a large dental group in the towns of Phillipsburg and Hamilton, New Jersey. As a father of two young children, I am sensitive to parents expectations and work diligent to provide their critical dental needs. Dr. Daniel Allen

A graduate of Columbia University School of Dental Medicine, and is a pediatric dental specialist as well --- is the newest member of our team. He is available on Fridays and every other Saturday. (More regarding his credentials are soon to follow, but they are just as impressive as Dr. Dyson's.

Dr. Salvatore R. Esposito

Dr. Salvatore R Esposito is an orthodontist who specializes in providing super orthodontic care to children and adults. Dr. Salvatore Esposito can be best be described by his patients, friends and family as compassionate, motivated, diligent, and insightful. He unconditionally cares about his patients.

HYGIENE DEPARTMENT

Our Hygienists understand a child’s apprehension toward dental visits, and they are specially trained to alleviate any concerns and make the dental visit something to look forward to. Oral hygiene instruction, dietary suggestions, and regular six month preventive care visits to our office will help to guide through a lifetime of healthy smiles!

	Kristina Romanczuk graduated from Northhampton Community College in 2008 with a degree in Dental Hygiene. Kristy began working as a Dental Assistant which inspired her to become a Dental Hygienist. She loves working with children. Kristy lives in Bangor Pennsylvania with her husband and her son.
	Patricia Mizak is a graduate of Union County Technical Institute and Union College earning her Associate's Degree in Dental Hygiene and has since worked in many dental offices over the course of her career. After her first child was born she was hired by a pediatric dental office in Edison NJ and discovered her love for pediatrics. After moving to Hunterdon County she worked for 9 years in a pediatric dental office in Flemington NJ before finding a position at My Children's Dentist with Dr. Dyson in 2006. She is CPR certified. It's been a very rewarding experience working in a new practice and watching it grow and prosper. Pat and her family have lived in Lebanon Township since 1987. Community service is very important and her family enjoys working with such organizations as Meals On Wheels, Habitat For Humanity, Eye Puppy Raiser Program and Therapy Dogs International.
	Lisa Tiermeyer earned her degree in Applied Science from Middlesex Community College in 1999. She had returned to school to pursue a career in Dental Hygiene after graduating from Fashion Institute of Technology, in New York City. She has been a hygienist at My Children's Dentist since 2007. Lisa is CPR certified.

OUR ADMINISTRATIVE TEAM

Our Front Desk Team is friendly, professional and compassionate about your child’s dental needs. They always take the time to thoroughly explain all treatment and financial options. At My Children’s Dentist, we do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs, and strive to make your child’s dental visit a positive experience, from start to finish.

	Mariangel Dyson, is a honors graduate from Long Island University (C.W. POST) and Hostos Community College (CUNY). She received her Bachelor’s degree in the field of Psychology. In 2005 she started the practice with Dr. Dyson in Warren County. Mariangel has been married with Dr. Dyson for over a decade and a half (and counting). She lives in Clinton, New Jersey with her husband, two children and snow ball (our dog).
	Angela Tondi, came to us with 11 years experience as a dental receptionist. Joining our office in November of 2010, initially for a part time position; she proved herself a tremendous asset. We all depend on her to keep us organized and goal-focused. Angela lives in Phillipsburg with her husband and her two children. Angela enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
	Denise Cook, is our most recent addition joining our office during the summer of 2011. Denise joined us in the pediatric field, to complement our staff. She lives in Belvidere NJ with her husband and two children.

DENTAL ASSISTANTS

Our Dental Assistants are qualified, caring, passionate people who understand the needs of your children. They are always willing to take the extra step to ensure that your child is comfortable and relaxed during their dental visit.

	Lauren Thermenos, joined our team as one of our chair-side dental assistant with 15 years experience in Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics. Lauren attended Berdan Institute obtaining her license in Dental Radiography and CDA (Certified Dental Assistant Dental Assistant) Lauren is CPR-certified. Lauren lives in Mansfield Twp. with her husband, beautiful girls and dogs.
	Alicia Gumbs, joined our office as a Dental Assistant. Her friendly personality and warm smile made it essential that she become our Office Facilitator. She has 11 years experience working as a dental assistant. She loves vacations in warm, sunny places and dancing. Alicia lives in Easton Pennsylvania with her husband and child.
